This artwork celebrates the diversity that makes up our unique country of America. While some will always seek to divide and destroy, I believe we shine brighter (like the star in this artwork) when we come together and share our diverse lives. This piece is part of the permanent collection at the Triton Museum of Art in Santa Clara, CA.

Painfully shy as a child, Jen was unable to communicate with anyone outside her family except through drawing. Visual language was her first language and she never lost her passion for its ability to communicate for her. There was never a day she "decided" to become an artist. For Jen, there was just no other way to be. Jen Norton is a graduate of Santa Clara University where she earned a Bachelors degree in Fine Art, with a Minor in Business. Jen worked as a Graphic Designer in the Silicon Valley where developing marketing communications materials helped push her from purely personal expression to full conversation.
